During the Kermesse DONNE , the women's wellness health festival to be held from 30 June to 2 July on the Lungomare Caracciolo, thanks to the coordination of Dr. Francesca Marino , this year there will be beautiful showcooking where female chefs will prepare dishes designed by women for women.
On Wednesday 30 June , the EVA pizza was presented, the low-calorie pizza, of which we have also published the recipe. The show cooking, however, will continue for the duration of the event.
This morning we will have breakfast with the pastry chef Stefania Fasano of the Baunilha pastry shop in Baronissi, who will prepare a creamy almond and coconut. In the afternoon, at 6 pm, the starred chef of Glass Hostaria , Cristina Bowerman , will speak and at 8 pm, there will be Chef Caterina Ceraudo of the starred restaurant Dattilo .
The chefs will prepare wonderful dishes to say the least and all the recipes will be listed in our CLAUDIA RECIPES section.
