Are the products handmade?
Yes, they are handmade one by one by our Master Ceramists and Artisans and each product bears the brand and our site (except those that are too small where it cannot be affixed). You can learn more on our page THE ART OF OUR WORKING
Is it normal that the product may have some small defects?
Yes, absolutely. It is in the very nature of handcrafted products not to be all perfectly identical and possibly have small imperfections in shapes or colors. You can learn more at this link
Are the products certified to contain even hot food?
Yes, absolutely! The raw materials with which we make and color our products have all been analyzed by an accredited laboratory and certified for food use according to the European MOCA standard. Find out more at the following link
Can i use them in the microwave?
Yes, it is possible to do it, but we do not recommend it because in the long term the microwave tends to create micro lesions in the decoration.
Can i wash them in the dishwasher?
Yes, of course or even by hand using a normal neutral or dish detergent and a sponge.
What is meant by "Vietri Type Plate"?
It refers to the shape of the plate which has a wavy and not smooth edge.
Where do you make your ceramic?
Our ceramics are made entirely in our laboratories (and in small part by some of our partners), but all located within the historic production area of the "Vietrese" located between Vietri, Molina, Cava Dei Tirreni, Amalfi Coast.
Can I share the products I like with friends or relatives before buying?
Yes, absolutely! Insert the products in your "Wish List" and then, from there, you can share it via Mail, via Facebook, Print it. This is a quick and easy way to inform and make everyone agree, when the gift is not given by one person, but by several people.
And if I want to buy many products, can I request a quote?
Yes sure! if you want to buy many products or these exceed the weight of 50 kg then put everything in the Wish List and share it with us by clicking on the "REQUEST A QUOTE" button. In this way, we will provide you with a personalized quote, including shipping. And once received, you only need one click to complete the order.

What payments do you accept?
We accept electronic payments with Credit Cards, PayPal, PostePay, Bank Transfers and Poste Pay Recharge (Italy only).
Are payments through your site safe?
Absolutely yes, because we rely on international platforms (see Paypal) that use cryptography and validated anti-fraud procedures. In any case, if you have any doubts, you can always contact us.
After completing the order, if I can't pay immediately, what can I do?
You can return to your reserved area, go to Orders and complete the payment procedure. If you have problems you can always write to us through our contacts, taking care to mention the order number and your name.
Can I pay for the goods in several installments or after receiving them?
No, we consider the order valid and accepted only after receiving 100% of the payment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Of course! For shipments to Italy, every order of at least 79 Euros (Outlet Products and Coupons excluded) will automatically be entitled to free shipping.
Who do you ship the goods with?
We use the most important national and international couriers, which offer a professional service and with absolutely tracked shipments. Learn more on our Shipping page
Do I have to leave a phone number for shipping?
It is absolutely recommended so that we or the courier can communicate with you quickly.
How long after the order do you ship the goods?
Once the order has been received and the payment has been verified, we will immediately process it. Products marked at the time of purchase in "prompt delivery" are entrusted to the courier within 24-48 hours from the order (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Those, on the other hand, to be made and NOT marked as ready for delivery require about 15-20 working days (except for the December and August holidays where the times could be extended) to be made and, therefore, shipped.
Can i track my shipment?
Absolutely yes! Once we have entrusted your order to the courier you will receive an email with the tracking number with which to track the shipment on the Courier's website.
Once shipped, how long will it take to receive the goods?
It depends: in Italy the average delivery times are between 2 and 4 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). For international shipments, times vary between 5 days and 15 days depending on the area. * times could be lengthened in some periods of the year due to exponential increase in shipments (see Christmas)
When the Courier delivers the package to me, what should I do?
If you can open it before signing the acceptance to verify that there is no damage. Otherwise, always accept it with reserve. If you should verify damage or tampering with the package, have the courier write down on the receipt.
Who is liable for any goods delivered damaged?
The courier is always responsible for any damage to the goods if this has been contested at the time of delivery. Then dispute the damage to the consena of the package directly to the courier by noting it on the receipt.
Which shipment should I choose? The Normal or the Insured?
We always recommend choosing shipping + insurance because in case of damage you can contest them to the courier and from this you will receive a refund of the damaged erce. Otherwise, for uninsured shipments, the courier, in case of damage to your goods, will refund only the shipping costs.
Are any taxes or customs duties included in the shipping costs?
No, they are not included. They are calculated and requested locally where required.
What if I want to buy a lot of products?
If you want to buy many products and these exceed the weight of 50 kg (threshold for express couriers), same from the cart, press on request a quote and we will provide you with the best personalized rate for your purchase. Immediately afterwards, you will receive an updated quote with the transport costs via email, from which you simply click on the link and you will already be in the cart ready to verify the data and proceed with the payment.
Can I ship to a different address to a friend or relative?
Sure! In the check out procedure for completing the order, enter, where required, the address where you want us to ship your order complete with name.
What happens if the courier does not find me?
The courier will make two delivery attempts, if the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will remain in storage for 7 days at the nearest courier office. Within that time you will need to contact the courier to reschedule the delivery or pick up in person at their location. After 7 days of storage, the package will come back. We strongly recommend that you always include your telephone number in the order.
Returns and Afterthoughts
Can I modify or cancel the order?
Once the order has been completed and sent, you have 10 days to partially modify or cancel it, communicating it to us via email. * Attention: after 10 days or after the goods have been shipped you will no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.
And what if I don't like the goods received or be as I expected?
Once you have received your order you have 10 days to reconsider. Give us timely communication by any means: online through our form, by email by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, letter or telegram and send the goods to us, carefully packing them to the address we will indicate to you by email. The return will be at your expense and under your responsibility. For further information visit the Warranty, defects and returns page * Attention: The products purchased in the Outlet section are NOT returnable because they are sold with the formula: "VISA - LIKED".
How long will it take to receive the refund?
If I had to reconsider with the cancellation of the order or the return of the goods, we will refund within 14 days from the cancellation of the order (to be expressed via the website in the personal area or via email) or from the receipt of the goods that you have returned. * in case of return of the goods we only refund goods received healthy and without any damage
But if I ask for a refund for the returned goods, will you also refund the shipping costs?
No, those are the responsibility of the customer (including any customs fees and taxes).
