Terms of purchase 

The goods which are selected between the article in the virtual catalogue of this web site will be buy at the following conditions.

The catalogue of the items for sale is steadily update, so the terms of purchase   of every products are the same current at the moment of the order and they don’t consider eventually offer or previous and next updating.

The price are included of IVA  (22%) and are in Euro. Every product have an available card on-line which contain all the information for the purchase.

Acceptance of the order /Conclusion of the contract.

The purchase will happen in this ways :
1) Sending the order, the customer send to CERAMICA VIETRESE an offer of the selected products. The sending of the order imply the consent (Consumer Code d.lgs. September 6 2005 n. 206) to receive the following communications from CERAMICA VIETRESE that are described here and that are designed exclusively to the conclusion and the execution of the contract.

2) CERAMICA VIETRESE confirm with an e-mail the receipt of the order of the customer, and it assign a “Customer Order Number” that must be used for every communication with CERAMICA VIETRESE .

 

3) The Customer has 24 hours from the order to comunicate with CERAMICA VIETRESE and eventually sending an email to the Contact page on the web site.  In any case, CERAMICA VIETRESE will verify the availability of the article in the store and it will provide to communicate with an e-mail or by phone if the order is accepted or not.  

4) If the order can be accepted, RM-Solutions srl will provide to send an email to confirm the conclusion of the purchase, and it containing the information about the time of delivery of the goods and the way to order fulfillment.

5) CERAMICA VIETRESE will provide, also, to deliver the article to the courier. The payment by the customer will happen with the modality choose on-line, during the purchase. Customer deliveries are meant on the ground floor, facing the street. No delivery to the plan is included, which should be expressly requested and will be subject to an additional cost if necessary.

All the prices are in Euro (EU) Iva included (22%).

Terms and costs of delivery
Shipping costs vary according to the amount, of the total weight and / or volume of the items in the cart, the place of destination (Italy - Italian areas " difficult" - EU countries - countries outside the EU) and are calculated automatically during the purchase process
