The vegetarian alternative to the classic Hamburger that is appropriate for the omnivorous. A recipe 100% New York Style to make at home for try the very taste of the American City,
Ingredients:
4 Hamburger bread
130 gr of boiled soya beans
130 gr of boiled beluga lentils
130 gr of cooked amaranth
100 gr of compact drip bean curd
paprika (a tip of a teaspoon)
Oil EVO
Salt
Pepper
To accompany
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber in oil.
Procedure:
Put in the glass of the mixer the legumes, the amaranth, the bean curd, the paprika, a touch of salt and pepper.
Blend the ingredients to obtain an homogeneus mixture than make the hamburgers of 120 gr eachone.
Cook them for 4 minutes for side in a pan with hot oil until the gilding (turn delicately the hamburger with a small shovel).
Put the hamburger in the sandwiches in a dish of our CeramicaVietrese, complete as you prefere and serve it.
