The Russian Salad is usually prepared for Christmas and in the years, the original recipe is changed and now there are different recipes. Every family have his version of Russian Salad and obviously now I propose the recipe of my family. Our recipe include pickled vegetables and green olives. For the peas I advice fresh peas or frozen peas.
