A Cake with Typical Italian Food - Cake Nutella and Ferrero Rocher recipe

Prepare your cake with 6 Ferrero Rocher and bon appétit… Remember that the Cake Nutella and Ferrero too is more tasty if it is wait on a plate of Ceramica Vietrese.

Ingredients
 

Flour: 220gr
Eggs: 3
Sugar: 150 gr
3 spoon of bitter cocoa powder
Nutella: 300 gr
Hazelnut: 120gr
Dark chocolate: 200 gr
Cream: 120 ml
1 envelope of yeast
Butter: 60 gr
Sunflower oil: 50 ml
1 glass of milk
6 Ferrero Rocher
 
Preparations
We start to work in a bowl the eggs with the sugar, until to obtain a soft and foam cream; now, we add lowly the sifted flour. After that, we add the bitter cocoa powder and, at the end, the yeast. Now you pour the milk, the liquefied butter and the sunflower oil. Mix them and when you obtain a mixture without clump, you pour all the mixture in a cake pan which is covered with a bakery paper; let cook the cake in a static oven to 180° for about 35 minutes.
 
While the cake is cooking, you can melt in a little pot, on a light fire, the dark chocolate; then add the cream and mix hardly.
When the mix of chocolate and cream is boiling, add a spoon of Nutella, then turn off the fire and let  cool down the cream, mixing ever and anon.
When the cake is ready take it off from the oven.
Slice the cake in 2 half and put inside half of Nutella’s cream. Then, you cover with the other half cake and strew all the cake with the remaining of Nutella’s cream. Around the border, you must garnish with the hazelnut. Put the cake into the fridge for 1 hour.
