Avocado toast original recipe of gourmet sandwich of Joe Bastianich ( taken from his book)

In Usa is fashionable, it (very) is easy but with the biggest statisfaction: a sandwich with avocado and other ingradiens choose by Joe Bastianich to make it more extravagant.
For 4 people
Time cooking: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
8 slice of black rye bread or pumpernickel
3 avocados
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
hot chili pepper
Olive oil EVO
pepper in granes
Procedure:
Toast the bread and peel the avocados, take off the kernel and cut the pulp in slice. Pour on the surface of the bread a touch of oil. Spread on every slice the slice of avocado and press them with the fork. Flavour with a touch of salt and minced pepper at the moment. Pour another touch of oil and flavour with lemon juice. At this moment, complete with hot chili pepper and serve it.
If you want rich it you can add a poached egg on the avocado.
To make the poached egg, pour the water in a large pot, add a little of winegar of white wine and make it boil. Shell the egg in a little bowl or in a shor dish. When the water is boiling, down the fire and mix and when the water make a whirlpool, let slip the egg in the middle. Continue to mix delicatelly and let it boil for about other 3 minutes. When the egg is ready, put off the water helping you with a perforated spoon and let it dry on kitchen paper.
Eat the toast accomanied with a wine glass of Italian white wine, staunch and fresh.
Also the Joe Bastianich's Avocado is better if it is served in a colorated dish of our CeramicaVietrese.
