Here's how you prepare the corn bisque with sweet peppers jam.
 
Ingredients:
6 corn cobs
2 shallots
milk
2 sweet red peppers
300 grams of mascarpone
basil
balsamic vinegar
sugar
garlic
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
 
Preparation:
You separate the grains from cobs and cook with shallots, garlic and salt. Add the milk and simmer for 30 minutes. When they passed the 30 minutes, drain and blend it all, controlling the density ..
Prepare the quenelle with basil and mascarpone and add salt according to your taste.
Cook the peppers to peel them, then cut them and let them caramelize in the pan with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar to obtain a jam.

When everything is ready, you place, in a soup plate, a bottom of jam and add above, the roasted corn, covering it with cream of mascarpone and basil, garnished with basil julienne; however, the corn bisque, is served on the side, in a container to be able to pay on the plate at the moment.
