Pasta with walnut cream and crispy bacon

...my recipe of Pasta with walnut cream and crispy bacon:
this is one of the dish rich… of calories, that it can be served as a unique plate of pasta and main meal, where you can find a very tasty mix of pasta, bacon and wonderful walnut. Typically autumnal or wintry, it is easy to do, respecting a series of important steps.
 
...my advices:
For this recipe I have used fresh pasta, Tonnarelli, which are a types of squared spaghetti, but you can also use a great Spaghetti Gragnano DOP. I have used bacon, but it is possible use also the speck.  
 
Ingredients for 4 people:
350 g of Tonnarelli (or 320 g of Spaghetti Gragnano DOP)
120 g of bacon in cubes (or Speck)
250 ml of cream
200 g di walnut kernel 
8 kernel to decor
1 slice of garlic
80 g of Milk
30 g of soft inside of the bread (grated)
40 g of grated Parmesan DOP (or Grana Padano)
Salt  (preferably Whole Sea Salt)
Pepper (if you prefer)
Marjoram 
 
Preparation (Time of preparation: about 25-30 minuts):
Put the pot on the fire to cook the pasta and when the water is boiling, add salt and cook the pasta in abundant water. Meanwhile in a large man put the bacon and coking it to make it crispy. After that, put it away from the pan and in the same pan, without oil but taking advantage of the fat of the bacon, the grated bread to toast it.
When the bread will be toasted, add the cream, the walnuts, the milk, marjoram and the pepper. Cook them for 2-3 minutes
Put away all from the fire and mix the cream with a spoon of water coking and parmesan in a robot kitchen.
Put the mixed cream again in the pan, add the dried pasta and cooking until creamy.
Serve all, decorating the plates with ulterior walnut kernel, pepper and parmesan.
