From Sound Kitchen show of Chef Alessandro Borghese, on air on Sky 1, the recipe of Spaghetti with clams made as a Risotto.

The Spaghetti made as a Risotto are a particular variation made by masterchef Alessandro Borghese, which he has made during his program Sound Kitchen on air everyday on Sky 1.
 
Ingredients x 4 person
500 gr of clams without shell
1 slice of garglic 
1 bouquet of parsley
1/2 glass of white wine 
1 pepper
EVO Oil and salt q.b.
 
Preparation (Time about 30 minuti)  
Clean the clams in salt water and prepared a pan with oil and garlic that must brown. When the garlic is brown, add the clams and cover the pan with a top to permit that the clams opens.  
When clams will be open, add white wine and let it dry. When wine will be dried, put away the clams from the pan helping you with a pliers and put them in a  bowl. 
 
Now, take the uncooked spaghetti and put them in the pan where we have opened the clams and, adding a spoon of hot water, everytime, let them cook like a risotto. During the cooking of the spaghetti, we prepare a cream of parsley. Pass the parsley in hot water and when it will be soft, put it in the glass of the mixer with oil and some ice cubes.
 
When the spaghetti will be cooked, add the clams to mix all and now we are ready to prepare the dish. 
 
At the base we place 1-2 spoon of parsley cream on the bottom of the dish, on the cream, we put the spaghetti that we have already rolled helping with a ladle. Add some clams to decore the dish.
