A typical Italian Food – Recipe of Spaghetti with clams

Ingredients for 4 people
 

350 gr of spaghetti of Gragnano
1 Kg of clams  
6 tomatoes pachino
Extra Virgin oil
2 pieces of garlic
Salt
 
Procedure
You assure that have bought genuine clams which already cleaned from your trust fish seller.
 
Put on fire a pot with almost 4 l of saltwater. When it boil put the spaghetti inside.
At the same time, in a large pan (aluminum is better) put the extra-virgin oil with the 2 pieces of garlic, the dry clams, pepper and the tomatoes pachino which must be cut in 3 parts.
Cover the pan with a top and let cook on high fire until the clams open themselves. After 5 minutes add a spoon of water of the pasta.
When the spaghetti are al dente (about 75% of the cook times) dry them and put in the pan adding the parsley and let it mix for about 3 minutes.
Put in a soup plate of www.ceramicavietrese.it and accompany with a good white wine wait on cold as Falanghina or Greco di Tufo.
